  2. Can I search for certain product and how to do it?
    OkGiv is built in with Search function where you can search for any of your favorite products or brands. The Search Bar is located at the top right corner of all pages.

  3. Which currency will I pay when I order product?
    All OkGiv products are sold in USD (US Dollar). While your shopping cart may indicate in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

  4. Will you sell any of my information entered when placing order?
    NO, we do NOT sell our customers information. We value your privacy as much as ours. Your email address and other information will never be made available to third parties without your permission.

Order & Shipping

  1. Will there be confirmation number after I place my order?
    Yes, you will receive an order number via email after you place order.

    Please check your email INBOX / SPAM folder for the order confirmation email from We highly recommend you mark the email as "SAFE" to receive subsequent updates on your order.

  2. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
    Order usually takes 1 business day to process, and 4 to 8 business days to be delivered (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday).

  3. How can I track my order?
    Your shipment tracking number will be emailed to you once it is available from our shipping partner. Usually you will receive it on the next day, or the day after.

    Do email us at if you do not receive your tracking number 3 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday) after your order.

  4. What should I do if my order has not arrived?
    Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you with your shipment tracking number through email. If your order does not arrive in time, please contact the courier company regarding your shipment with the tracking number.

    If they are not able to help or locate your shipment, please contact us at, we will try to work together with our shipping partner to rectify the matter. In any case if we are not able to locate your shipment, we will arrange a replacement item to be shipped immediately.

  5. Where can I place my order? Can I place order from my country?
    Yes. You can order our product from your country. We ship worldwide!

  6. Do you offer FREE shipping?
    Yes! You can enjoy FREE shipping for orders over US$120.

  7. How will you ship my order? Will your company name printed on the shipping label?
    We prioritize your privacy as much as ours. We will send out your order in plain anonymous packaging to preserve your privacy. Only recipient name and shipping address will appear on the packaging.

    However, due to International shipment requirement, a label of "Novelty Toy" will be displayed on International shipment packaging.

Payments & Refunds

  1. Is the Checkout on your site safe?
    Yes! The entire OkGiv website is secured by 256-bit SSL encryption. We want you to shop with a peace of mind.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept most of the major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and, American Express).

  3. How will my order appear on my credit card statement?
    Your order will appear as a charge from "OK-GV".

  4. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
    Please contact us at to request for cancellation of your order.

    However, your order can only be canceled before it's been processed and/or shipped.

  5. What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchase or I changed my mind?
    We stand behind our products, and if you are dissatisfied with our products, it may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

    Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept non-defective returns/exchanges on devices that have their original packaging opened or tampered with. If you would like to return the product, please contact us at with a photo of the the product and your order number before shipping the product back to us.

  6. What should I do if I face any problem when making payment for my order?
    If you encounter issue when making payment with your credit card, please contact your bank, make sure you have sufficient credit on your card and the card is in good condition.
